Banking And Finance

Our Soliciting and Administrative team is active, highly dedicated and meticulous in the handling of Banking transactions in respect of the facilities we manage. We also (subject to terms) maintain periodic Client Accounts, which makes it easier for all stakeholders to keep accounts of cash flow.

Our Soliciting Section, which is saddled with the administrative management and logistics, runs a Bank Account, from which we undertake some urgent maintenance on facilities maintained, whenever the Land/Property owners are unavailable or when they are unable to fund same at the material time. This is however subject to terms.

Additionally, we advise our Clients on new regulatory Banking and Finance Matters, Policies and Procedures, as it relates to their Properties and Lands.
